Karin has been watching the community of Summerfield being built up even before it was called Summerfield! Karin was introduced to the neighbourhood when she discovered it while cycling east from White Rock, then watched as Cressey prepped the community (bringing in utility services and building the roads) before home construction began.  She values the close proximity to the ocean, rural roads east for cycling, White Rock City, family nearby and quick freeway access.  As homes were built, she was impressed with the quality of construction at Summerfield and decided to make it home.  She's looking forward to the ease of living in a community with a low maintenance yard and home, leaving time to enjoy the many outdoor activities the area offers.
