John and Karen are the latest homeowners at Summerfield and are looking forward to being walked by their Great Dane named Goliath around the Summerfield neighbourhood soon! If you can't recognize Goliath, rest assured you will pick out John with his thick Scottish accent so feel free to say hello! John and Karen have owned a Cressey home before and so when the opportunity came to own another Cressey-built home in a neighbourhood they loved they couldn't have been more thrilled. Welcome to the neighbourhood!

Surrey has Olympic Fever!

The Olympic torch came through Surrey on Monday and along with our very own Brittany Reimer, hundreds came out to celebrate. Congratulations Brittany and ready or not, the Olympics are here! Torch Relay Surrey.

Also, a reminder that we will be open as usual during the Olympics from 12-5pm daily except for Fridays.

We're proud to announce that our very own Brittany Reimer has been selected to carry the torch in the Olympic Torch Relay Monday February 8, 2010 when it passes through Surrey. Brittany is a past Canadian Olympic Swimmer, raised in Cloverdale and therefore now has the great honour of carrying the torch.  Wave to her Monday February 8th around 3:20pm along 144th Street towards 57th Avenue.  Congratulations Brittany!

Happy New Year to everyone and we hope you all had a fabulous holiday season.

The Summerfield Presentation Centre is open regular business hours again after our brief break at Christmas. We are open daily from 12-5pm but closed Fridays.

Summerfield has many families living at Summerfield now and 30 more homes under construction to be completed this spring.  You can see our progress photos by looking at our updated Community Progress Photos section on the website.

We are also working on releasing our larger Classic Homes ranging from 3,030 sq.ft. up to 3.508 sq.ft. allowing for 3 to 5 bedrooms.  Stay tuned for more information on these homes and expect to see showhomes this spring.
